Reconciliation wizard

In the best case scenario, reconciling currently requires 4 clicks per account which adds up fast if you have lots of accounts. Would be cool to be able to reconcile all accounts at once through a single dialog / experience - reducing to as low as 3-4 clicks total. This should probably live on the Accounts tab.Requirements- Single screen with a looks good / different balance toggle for each account (defaulting to looks good)- Perform the sync comparison across all bank-linked accounts simultaneously- For any marked by user as looks good, reconcile- For any marked by user as different balance, initiate a guided experience that takes them through each account page to reconcile manually (or just add a flag to each account requiring review if that's easier) Migrated from UserJot · originally requested Jun 2026 · 10 votes.

Add a Hide or Inactivate Payee option

Would it be possible to add a feature to hide a payee from the payee dropdown list by setting it to inactive? This way its sort of archived when working with transactions. I have payees from vacations or business trips where I'd like their name to be displayed when searching or viewing old transactions or viewing reports and I don't need to see them in the payee list when adding/editing transactions. I don't want to delete/merge the payees because then I'd likely need the payee names added to the transaction notes as it can be important for historical reasons like reimbursement for a business trip. This is a feature in YNAB that I am used to using. In Zerosum, it would be even cooler if on the Manage Payees screen if there was a toggle for something like active vs inactive payees. This would be even better than what YNAB offers. The last used date on the Payee screen is awesome by the way. Something YNAB doesn't have. :)

Optional custom payment frequency for loan payment goals

Hi! I’m not sure whether this is already possible and I’ve simply missed the option, but I wanted to suggest it as a possible improvement. My student loan is paid quarterly: in my case, €390 is withdrawn every three months, while I set aside €130 each month. I already have this represented in ZeroSum with a monthly payment goal of €130 and a separate recurring loan payment of €390 every three months, so there is a working setup. I just thought it might be useful if the loan payment goal itself could also reflect payment schedules such as every 3, 6, or 12 months, while still calculating a monthly funding amount. That way, the loan could show both the actual payment cadence and the amount that needs to be set aside each month in one place. This may also be useful for other loans or obligations that are paid quarterly or semiannually. It also might make the balance forecast for use cases like this a little less wonky.
