Allow a different name in the feedback portal

Does this feedback portal have an option to change our name that is displayed? Right now its coming from my Zerosum account. Since this portal is publicly available and will be indexed by search engines, I’d prefer to hide my last name or be able to set a “username” that’s not my full name.
