Automatically select Inflow when entering a Ready to Assign transaction

When entering a “Ready to Assign” transaction, pressing Tab selects Outflow. This is counter to YNAB, where it automatically selects Inflow (which is what RTA is generally used for). This can lead to unintended incorrectly entered transactions.
