Move money from one category up to limit

When moving money from one category to another, only try to move as much as is in the from as a default.

For example:

Category X has $125 but I don’t need that right now

Category Y has -$250

When I hit Category Y to move money from X, the default shouldn’t be the whole -$250, it should only be the $125 of available money by default
