Provide "underbudgeted" and "Budget" option for open-ended goals

When a goal is open ended, neither the “Underbudgeted” option in auto-budget nor the “Budget” option in the goal card/goal details button exist as the support doc seems to suggest it should.

    Thanks for flagging this. Open-ended goals intentionally do not create a monthly funding ask, so we’re keeping them out of Underbudgeted and automatic goal funding.

    We’ve added an explicit Budget action to the goal card and goal details so you can fund the remaining balance manually. We’ve also removed Snooze for open-ended goals because there is no monthly ask to ignore. We’ll update the Help Center documentation separately.
