Review Transactions banner on main page

I would suggest that the review transactions show on the main page when opening the budget. As a new user, I found it a bit confusing to know where I needed to go when opening the app. Since reviewing transactions is a critical part of keeping things in order it just seems like when you open the app it should direct you to the those things.

Also, perhaps make the color stand out a bit more as it is something needing attention.
