Widget: Scope: All

The All and None button behaved unexpectedly. When I search for a 💳 account, I see a subset—my credit cards—but clicking All selects every account instead of just that group.

Choosing one account requires searching, clicking None, then picking the correct item, which feels unintuitive.

This issue appears across the other dropdowns as well.
